Responsibilities
• Calculate and process weekly employee payroll accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to payroll
• Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with HR team to maintain accurate employee records
• Generate payroll reports for management review on a regular basis

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
