What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for 4,500 team members
- Audit and resolve payroll issues prior to payroll processing
- Process special adjustments and manual checks
- Create and run ad-hoc reports and prepare data files
- Provide back-up support to the Support Services Desk, ensuring high-level customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of payroll best practices, taxes, benefits, and compliance with wage and hour laws
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll, operations, or related experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to research solutions independently
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Workday payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payrolls for both exempt and non-exempt employees
