What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payroll for multiple companies using UKG systems
- Conduct pre-payroll analysis including timesheet reviews and updates in CostPoint Time and Expense module
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters such as paychecks and W-2s
- Generate and analyze payroll reports across systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with the team to address payroll issues and implement improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- 2+ years of experience working with UKG
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional education or certification in accounting/payroll
- Experience with CostPoint Time and Expense module
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization abilities
