      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with company pay policies
      - Audit employee pay records, reconcile totals, and ensure compliance with payroll requirements
      - Coordinate third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades
      - Interpret and apply pay policies, staying current with changes in payroll laws
      - Address payroll and timekeeping inquiries, resolving complex payroll issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll independently
      - Demonstrated knowledge of payroll practices and relevant payroll laws and regulations
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of supervising or overseeing payroll processing
      - Experience working with HR/Payroll and timekeeping software
      - Experience processing multi-state payroll
      - Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing
      - Ability to document payroll processes and procedures effectively
