      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing support for a dedicated client list and manage overflow requests
      - Respond to customer inquiries regarding payroll and HCM products via telephone, email, or chat
      - Analyze customer service needs and collaborate with other departments to develop appropriate solutions
      - Document support interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
      - Escalate complex inquiries to higher-level support teams as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1-3 years front-line customer service experience
      - Knowledgeable about policies, standards, and procedures governing customer support operations
      - Experienced in product support, particularly in payroll and human capital management (HCM) products
      - Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree strongly preferred (Accounting, Business, or Customer Service specialization)
      - Bilingual abilities desired
      - Competent in technical support, specifically in tier 1 support
      - Skilled in inquiry research and response
      - Proficient in using help desk software for documenting support interactions
