What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete daily workflow in the Payroll Tax department, ensuring timely and accurate support for multi-state payroll tax activities
- Provide guidance and define solutions on tax products and processes
- Conduct escalated case research and follow-up to resolve complex payroll tax issues
- Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external clients through various channels
- Participate in internal projects and serve as a workflow Subject Matter Expert

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and training
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll tax or a related field
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- In-depth understanding of US payroll tax laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
