What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process adjustments including pretax benefit refunds, state and local tax adjustments, and benefit hours reconciliations
- Communicate and resolve inquiries for customers via phone, email, or chat
- Train new colleagues and audit work for accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer requests
- Develop and maintain process documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field or equivalent education and/or related work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll/Payroll Tax
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and taxes
- Intermediate to expert level expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
