What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to pediatric patients from birth to age twenty-one
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create customized care plans
- Encourage participation of parents and caregivers in therapy sessions to enhance at-home care
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
