What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to pediatric patients from birth to age twenty-one
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement customized care plans
- Engage parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to reinforce skills and exercises at home
- Participate in mentorship and professional education planning to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a patient-first mentality, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
