What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide peer support services for members with behavioral health issues and other related disorders
- Act as a consumer advocate by offering resources and support in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Assist members in setting and pursuing their recovery goals in collaboration with their treatment team
- Conduct local visits to members in their homes or communities as needed
- Maintain accurate contact notes while managing multiple systems and communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Knowledge of community resources and the recovery process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Outlook
- Valid State Driver's License with proof of insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic records and managed care
- Current Unrestricted Peer Support Certification in the State of Residence
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality rules
