What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer and willingness to obtain necessary certifications
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, as support is needed year-round

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lived experience that enhances the ability to connect with callers
- Previous experience in a crisis intervention or peer support role
