What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide peer support to callers, connecting with individuals over the phone
- Build rapport and engage with clients to offer support and resources
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while managing confidential information
- Remain calm and professional while multitasking to assist callers
- Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire further certification as required
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, as the service operates 365 days a year

- Knowledge of local resources available for mental health support
