What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home in a distraction-free environment
- Engage with callers over the phone, building rapport and providing support
- Offer available resources and information to callers in need
- Remain calm and professional while multitasking and assisting callers
- Work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, to provide peer support year-round

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire necessary certifications
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Previous training in mental health or related fields
