What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide peer support over the phone while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Build rapport and engage clients in a supportive manner
- Offer resources and information to callers in need
- Remain calm and professional while multitasking in a crisis environment
- Collaborate with fellow Peer Support Specialists in a structured team setting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer with a willingness to obtain required certifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lived experience with recovery or similar challenges that enhances peer support ability
- Previous experience in a crisis intervention or support role
