What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide peer support to callers, building rapport and engagement
- Connect individuals with available resources and information as needed
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while multi-tasking and supporting callers
- Work from home in a distraction-free private office space
- Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a continued commitment to personal recovery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in crisis intervention or peer support roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse populations
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
