What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with callers over the phone, providing peer support and building rapport
- Offer available resources and information needed by clients
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while multitasking to support callers
- Engage with individuals seeking support through the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line
- Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free private office space
- Commitment to personal recovery and professional handling of confidential information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in crisis intervention or peer support environments
- Additional certifications such as CFPSW, CPSW, or CWF
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Previous training in mental health or related fields
