Maintain the organisational structure with our HR system

Deliver regular reporting and dashboards to provide key information on all our HR topic areas

Engage with internal stakeholders on specific business issues to provide insight and understanding to support evidence-based action

Starting salary of £21,200

- Analyse reports and related data to ensure integrity and accuracy of information
- Engage with relevant stakeholders throughout the business, offering support and challenge to aid decision making
- Gather the requirements of our customers to produce new reporting or analysis, and make recommendations
- Deliver value-adding reporting and analytics to share with the customer
- Develop and maintain process and guidance documentation in line with company compliance policy, internal controls and data protection legislation.

On track to achieve or will have already achieved a 2:2 undergraduate degree or 2:2 postgraduate qualification in any discipline with a data element, HR or Business.

Very strong numerical and analytical skills

Experience of generating reporting and analytics based on customer requirements

Excellent and experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

What is the HR Reporting Analyst Industrial Placement Programme?
We’re recruiting for students to join our HR Reporting Analyst Placement within our Corporate HR team. Our Employees Services People Analytics Team provides companywide reporting and analysis of HR-related information for employees, such as: sickness, turnover, payroll and pensions.
As part of this key team, you’ll design and build reporting solutions, using tools such as: Excel, SAP SuccessFactors and Tableau.

This placement will be based remotely, we have a flexible working policy, so there is the option to work from our Hove office.
