- This internship is onsite at our Lehi, UT HQ and is not available for remote work.
- This role reports to our Chief People Officer.
- Data Analysis and Cleaning:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Clean and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Project Collaboration:
- Work on projects with ambiguous or evolving requirements, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the successful execution of HR initiatives.
- Data Processing:
- Assist in the processing and management of HR-related data, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to improve HR processes.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Participate in HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of audit documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to gather data and insights for HR projects.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google sheets or Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Analysis of Workday data working with HRBPs to review anomalies and validate if anything needs to be changed. Creating a cadenced audit process.
- Support Engagement survey to include project management and data analysis
- Attrition & Retention Analysis and projects:
- Exit Survey - research and create new one
- Analysis on retention bonuses
- 6 month attrition project
- Coordination of upcoming trainings
- Seismic page audit and clean up
- Other projects as assigned
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
As an Intern in the People Team at Weave, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR initiatives by working on data analysis, cleaning up data, and collaborating on projects with ambiguity. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate candidate to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
