      Job summary

      Our people hub team provides helpdesk and administrative support for resourcing and first line support for people queries.

      The people hub coordinator will provide an efficient and effective administration support for our people division, including ensuring our people compliance is in line with the NHS Employers Standards, employment law and Trust policies and procedures.

      ** This role will be through our bank provider NHS Professionals **

      Main duties of the job

      You will be supporting the People Hub Advisors in using the Trac recruitment system and other appropriate systems to ensure completion of all candidate recruitment checks in line with Employers standards, employment law and Trust policies and procedures

      Experience of working in a fast-paced, busy administration role including letter writing, filing, scanning and photocopying as well as experience in delivering a high standard of customer service including dealing with people over the phone, face to face and via email is essential.

      • Undertake pre-employment check appointments (face to face or virtual)
      • Keep recruiting managers and candidates regularly updated on progress both verbally and via the Trac recruitment system, ensuring trac messages and respond in a timely manner
      • Escalate issues to the relevant recruitment advisor or recruitment team leader where there are issues relating to any pre-employment checks that could affect the candidates offer of employment
      • Ensure all relevant paperwork/documents is in the appropriate candidate files according to protocols
