What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and process benefits, wage & hour compliance, and leave-of-absence updates
- Utilize Paylocity for updates and troubleshooting, ensuring data accuracy
- Perform quality checks in Paylocity related to benefits eligibility and employee classifications
- Assist team members with 401(k) questions and ensure compliance reporting
- Resolve employee issues and conduct unbiased investigations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be PHR certified
- Minimum of 5 years of HR industry experience in a multi-state setting
- Deep knowledge of Paylocity and experience with ALE employee reporting
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to wage & hour and employee benefits
- Must reside in California and be available to work 9-5 PM PST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience administering 401(k) changes and filings
- Familiarity with medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, and COBRA
- Knowledge of compliance regulations for OSHA and other employment laws
- Background in working with organizations of 500+ employees
