What you'll do

Outcomes is what we term the delivery of a wide variety of solutions to people related business problems / programmes that drive strategic value across one or more of our areas of HR priority. You will play a crucial role in driving and delivering these outcomes for our business. Working closely with the Head of People Outcomes, you will make sure the scope is clear, and that there are clear stakeholder engagement plans and measures of success in place. You will work with an agile set of colleagues across teams to work through the delivery of the outcome.

As a natural collaborator, you will be able to remove barriers to execution whilst building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders. Always thinking ahead, you will develop innovative solutions to support the outcome and ensure solutions are fit for purpose to drive value for the business. As a coach, you will support the People Outcome Executive, driving upskilling within your team and ensuring that capabilities and expertise required to deliver the outcomes are available.

You are a highly skilled professional with proven project management skills. Able to influence at all levels, you know how to build collaborative, strong relationships with key stakeholders across a business. Able to adapt to changing environments, you know how to think creatively to deliver outcomes, and develop innovative solutions. What you need to know & show

Essentials

• Project Management skills (proven experience essential on large scale projects from development of solutions through to delivery)
• Strong influencing skills at all levels (up to Senior Manager) are essential, as you will need to engage, challenge and leverage resource / SME’s from the wider people function but also other parts of the business to contribute to the successful delivery of the outcome, but also to engage in / adopt a solution that hasn’t previously been tried and tested in our business (outcome dependent) .
• Proven experience of innovating solutions to business problems is essential. You will need to have creative, problem-solving skills to ensure that the right solutions to the outcome are identified – Essential.

Desirables

• Project Management qualifications
• Experience using different project delivery methodologies e.g Agile experience.
