!*!We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as People Projects & Transformation Manager. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a track record of developing and implementing People Changes in large and complex organisations.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the AXA Ireland People Leadership Team, you will define and shape the People strategy and lead a plan to deliver it. Responsibilities include;
• Deliver the portfolio of People changes enabling the People and Business strategy, including the people impact of Business Transformation.

• Provide strategic Organisation Design (OD) thought leadership and direction that facilitates the delivery of the transformation agenda.
• Collaborate with People Plan owners to prioritize and align resources, track progress, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Accountable for the governance of all people change activity, including restructures, up to and including Board level as required.
• Work closely with a team of People Consultants to deliver the People Plan, including strategic change projects and annual cyclical projects.
• Increase the capability in the People Consultant team to scope and deliver change activity, using waterfall and/or Agile methodology, allocating projects and initiatives that will provide stretch or development opportunities.
• Build close and effective relationships with the People Team Centres of Expertise to secure their expertise to deliver the portfolio of People projects.
• Ensure measures of success are in place and tracked, bringing expertise to the table to develop and deliver informative People data & insights.
• Work closely with Internal Communications to ensure consistent communication about all People initiatives and change.
• Input to the AXA Ireland strategic transformation initiatives, including the required business outcomes, and associated organizational impacts in order to define and lead the People elements of transformation across AXA Ireland.• At least 5 years HR experience with significant Organisation Design and Change delivery experience.
• Proven track record of delivery.
• Experience of leading teams to deliver organizational/structural change in large organizations.
• Knowledge of change and project management methodologies with experience of applying them in a pragmatic way to fit the needs of the organization.
• Highly resilient with the ability to coach and challenge senior stakeholders on complex and business critical decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and able to analyse and interpret complex business cases to identify the true value to the business.
• Experience of driving transformation within Financial Services is preferred.
• Awareness of Agile operating models and organisation design.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at one of our office locations – Dublin, Derry or Belfast. Please note there will be a requirement to travel for team days and in person meetings.
