What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job requisitions and conducting background checks
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage leaves of absence and maintain team member information for pay decisions
- Process employee tuition reimbursement requests
- Conduct exit interviews and handle separation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Experience working in multiple states
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and employment laws
- Proficiency in ADP, Nautilus, Word Documents, Excel, and HRIS/AT systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- PHR certification
- Familiarity with Affirmative Action, EEOC, and DOL regulations
