What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job requisitions and conducting background checks
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage leaves of absence and maintain team member information for payroll purposes
- Process employee tuition reimbursement requests
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure compliance with separation processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR certification
- Experience working in a multi-state environment
- Familiarity with Affirmative Action, EEOC, and labor law requirements
- Ability to work effectively with ADP, Nautilus, and other HR software
- Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
