What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets and filing systems
- Scan documents and organize supplies as needed
- Create various documents and flyers to support program activities
- Assist with checking and filling the gas for the summer van fleet
- Perform other assigned office tasks under the supervision of the Summer Office Team Supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student and in good standing for summer or fall classes or a May 2025 graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
- Must be available to work weekends from June 2025 to July 2025
- Wisconsin Driver’s License for at least 3 years (preferred)
- Must satisfy a criminal background check and successfully complete I-9 verification

- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Hmong, or Mandarin
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
