- Gain experience in multiple business units and People Team functions while focusing on developing core competencies within each function
- Establish trusting relationships among the established cohort and a solid network across the organization

- Receive guidance from Human Capital mentors for the duration of the program

- BA/BS degree from an accredited university / college
- Currently in final year of obtaining a master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field with graduation by June 2023.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Proven ability to take direction from multiple sources, and prioritize work
- Proven effective written and verbal communication
- Proven to showcase a growth mindset
- Proven to deliver results with integrity
- Proven to build relationships of trust with effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects & deadlines
- Willing to work out of Minnesota Corporate office
- Willing to travel

The People Team members at UnitedHealth Group are strategic consultants to the business that use data driven insights to deliver impactful value across the enterprise. The People Team Development Program is a two-year rotational experience designed for early career human resources professionals designed to take learning, development, and leadership to the next level. Through rotations in the talent office, People Business Partner space, talent analytics, compensation, employee relations, and other People Team functional tracks, the People Team Development Program will accelerate your growth and development, and position you to assume a leadership role within UnitedHealth Group's People Team community.
