Career Pathing: Help us design and implement a career framework that aligns with our values and goals, and supports our employees' professional development.
Learning & Development Events: Assist us in organizing and facilitating learning and development events for our employees, such as workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Initiatives: Contribute to our employer branding strategy and activities, such as creating and posting content on our social media platforms, website, and career page.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Support us in fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, by participating in and promoting our DEI initiatives, such as employee resource groups, events, and trainings.
Workforce Development: Learn about the Mortgage Insurance and Real Estate industry through thoughtful engagement in Radian National Training and homegenius learning support and initiatives.
People Technology: Testing processes and functionality in Workday for new or updated COE business processes
Process Improvement: Support projects around People Team process improvements and documentation.
Support drafting and sending internal communications to employees.
Research Learning Grant opportunities for Radian to participate in and developing next steps.
You will also participate in and have an opportunity to learn about many People Team initiatives and programs, including, but not limited to, New Hire Orientation (NHO), Executive Meet and Greets, and the Internship Program.
You will have the opportunity to support department-wide initiatives and programs.
You will learn and become familiar with a best-in-class Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or similar focus.
Currently enrolled in a College/University program upcoming senior, or graduate student
A strong interest and enthusiasm for people and culture topics, such as employee engagement, talent development, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and teams.
A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
A positive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and grow.
Competitive Compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $22.00 to $26.00 based on skills, experience, and grade level.

As a Summer Intern on the People Team, you will have the opportunity to learn, interact, and assist in various aspects of the Human Resource (referred to as People at Radian) lifecycle by providing support for people processes and projects. People Team Interns may assist with projects across our Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation), People Experience (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) & Engagement), and People Solutions (Operations, Payroll, People Business Partner, & Technology) teams.

Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader. This includes a 2-day in-person event held at the end of July 2025 at our Wayne, PA headquarters.
