What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate current leave tracking processes and identify compliance gaps across all U.S. jurisdictions
- Provide strategic guidance on optimizing PeopleSoft (HDM On-Prem) for multi-state leave tracking
- Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient leave administration
- Develop solutions within the constraints of existing on-prem PeopleSoft technology
- Identify and implement necessary customizations to meet compliance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HR, particularly HDM On-Premise
- Proven track record in HR systems optimization and process automation
- Experience with complex, multi-state organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in leave administration and compliance across various jurisdictions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Previous consulting experience in a related field
