      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform analyses on assigned applications solutions projects, focusing on business, systems, and technical problems
      - Provide support for the agency's CAPPS HR/Payroll/Recruiting and Talent Management system, particularly the PeopleSoft Payroll module
      - Document analyses using approved software development methodologies and tools
      - Conduct joint application design sessions with stakeholders to define business requirements and software systems requirements
      - Prepare designs, process models, flowcharts, and other documentation to verify design logic and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience as a systems analyst or a bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
      - Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2, particularly in Payroll and related modules
      - Demonstrated skills in system analysis, SQL, and problem-solving
      - Experience with accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
      - Four years of full-time experience in computer programming, systems analysis, or program analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, and developing training documentation
      - Familiarity with SDLC principles and practices, including agile and waterfall methodologies
      - Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products, including SharePoint
      - Background in Public Sector delivery and experience using CAPPS or similar systems
