What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Upgrade the PeopleTools from 8.59 to 8.60
- Utilize Change Assistant and Upgrade process knowledge
- Perform technical assessments and guide the team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address roadblocks
- Support all phases of the project and track deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12 to 16 years of experience in PeopleSoft Admin
- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Application, PUM Upgrade, and PeopleTools
- Good knowledge of Change Assistance and Upgrade Process
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools Upgrade from the Admin Side

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist or Administrator
- Familiarity with Oracle technologies and solutions
