What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the local sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits, local events, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts
- Prospect for new schools and districts, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of educational solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in educational districts, preferably in district leadership roles
- Strong understanding of K-8 Texas state standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills to build trust with educators
- Bachelor's degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of HQIM and RBIS
- Deep connections within Texas education influencers
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts and education trends
- Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS365
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and completing tasks
