What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, optimize, and scale paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) focused on high-impact campaigns for US-based customers
- Manage large ad budgets, ranging from $20k-$50k+ per month, ensuring efficient spending and maximization of ROI
- Conduct keyword research, track performance, and optimize for conversion rates and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with an emphasis on paid search and Google Ads
- Proven experience managing large budgets in a consumer SaaS and subscription-based product environment
- Hands-on experience optimizing paid media campaigns (search, display, retargeting)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other performance marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams
