      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance data to improve conversion rates and achieve business objectives
      - Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI for paid campaigns
      - Set up, manage, and optimize various marketing channels, including marketplaces and display media partners
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
      - Generate performance reports and analyze key performance indicators on a regular basis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in managing search and shopping pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising
      - 2 years of experience in e-commerce
      - Google Ads Certified
      - Google Analytics Certified
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in common functions and features

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using feed management tools like ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics, or DataFeedWatch
      - Demonstrated experience in effectively applying generative AI to paid campaigns
      - Experience in managing affiliate programs and leveraging paid social campaigns for e-commerce brands
      - Experience with Google Analytics 4 and server-side implementation of Google Tag Manager
      - Ability to create comprehensive reports and visualize complex data effectively
