Perfumery Innovation Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading and driving cross-functional, end-to-end Perfumery Innovation projects from Ideation through the Stage Gate Process to deployment. A champion of the stage gate process, you will continuously drive discipline with pragmatism to deliver Innovation at pace.

Key responisbilities:

• Lead multiple projects from kick-off to deployment ensuring excellent communication to stakeholders
• Work collaboratively across functions, levels and locations to quickly identify and escalate issues to resolution
• Expert in process and systems, comfortable working in Planview/Accolade and stage gate processes E3D/PMP
• Comfortable with change – support the organisation to move to the new 5D gate process
• Accountable for various additional tasks such as resource management, ideation process etc, to be defined

You bring:

Competencies required:

• Proven project management experience (3+ years)
• Strong planning skills – proficiency in MS project/Excel and/or relative systems such as Planview/Accolade
• Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
• Acts as a change champion, able to help drive mindset and process change across the organisation
• Uses emotional intelligence manage stakeholders
• Proficient spoken and written English, French a plus
