      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide post-adoption support services, including responding to intake calls and assisting adoptive families
      - Review and process necessary documents for Child Life History and maintain organized records
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
      - Promote the post-adoption program through community outreach and networking
      - Stay updated on agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to social services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of two (2) years of post-education experience working with adoptive parents and the adoption process
      - Active or eligible for professional licensure in the state of employment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a minimum of 3 years driving experience in the U.S.

      - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
