What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, submit, and obtain permits and requests for projects
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards while maintaining project documentation
- Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members and clients
- Track permit submittals and approvals, maintaining all project documentation appropriately
- Report weekly schedule and budget progress, resolving technical issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in construction management, engineering, landscape architecture, environmental science, or a related field
- Familiarity with ComEd's Real Estate, LX, and Environmental Standard Practices is ideal
- Ability to understand construction drawings and maps, as well as data within Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Strong detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
