What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, submit, and obtain permits and requests for projects
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards, maintaining project documentation
- Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members and clients
- Track permit submittals and approvals while reporting on schedule and budget progress
- Develop positive working relationships across all levels of the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in construction management, engineering, landscape architecture, environmental, or a related field
- Familiarity with ComEd's Real Estate, LX, and Environmental Standard Practices
- Strong ability to interpret and understand construction drawings and maps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the construction permitting process
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience reviewing exhibits for presentation and accuracy
