What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Jointly lead a delivery team consisting of internal business SMEs, IT personnel, client stakeholders, and external integrators
- Manage project delivery to ensure services are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Document decision-making processes and coordinate task assignments based on project plans
- Communicate project and delivery status to clients and facilitate client meetings
- Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts and attending industry conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience working with federal, state, or local government in permitting or regulatory systems
- Experience implementing permitting and regulatory systems such as Accela or Salesforce is desired
- Current project management certification (PMP or CAPM) or organizational change management certification
- Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree preferred
- Consulting experience in a national or regional firm with public sector clients
- Prior employment with a software vendor or system integrator in requirements gathering and software testing
