      What you’ll do
      We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Vodafone UK. You will become the PA for our UK CIO & Digital Engineering Director. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career within our Diverse and Inclusive team.

      • You will be responsible for inbox & diary Management for IT & Digital Director which includes working with competing demands that require effective and timely prioritisation.
      • You will anticipate requirements for meetings and ensure Director is fully briefed and prepared.
      • You will regularly organise travel arrangements for regular worldwide travel across multiple time zones, including overseas chauffeurs, hotels, and parking. Respond quickly and efficiently to changes in travel arrangements and manage all relevant visa applications.
      • You will be happy to assist communications and HR team with activities including All Hands and leadership updates and help to coordinate internal & external events.
      • You will have daily collaboration with the Business Manager to drive effectiveness of the Director and Leadership Team.
      • You will produce regular reports including, weekly time management for the Director, monthly new starters & leavers report to maintain org charts & update teams accordingly.

      Who you are

      • You will ideally have proven experience of PA support at Director level with the experience of handling travel and visa applications.
      • You will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and able to manage competing demands.
      • You will showcase good communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • You will be approachable with a can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm and focussed when under pressure.
      • You will possess the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
      • You will be proficient in MS office with an emphasis on Outlook and MS Teams
