- JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to Group Sustainability and Responsible Business Director
- SALARY: £39,653
- LOCATION: London
- HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid with at least 2-3 days in the office at our London hub. There may also be some travel involved occasionally.
- Coordinating meetings and events to achieve optimum time efficiency, whilst planning and prioritising a fast-paced schedule, and producing high quality comprehensive information to support all appointments.
- Scoping events and key meetings, engage with and test logistics on site for in person events which will predominantly be London based.
- Actioning incoming queries, ascertaining their priority and importance and engaging with senior colleagues to resolve.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure the Director is prepared in advance of all meetings with relevant papers, briefings, etc. Plans and prioritises their work to meet commitments aligned with the Director’s objectives.
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant and in particular dealing with senior internal and external interactions, the majority of which will be London based.
- The ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple demands across the Directors portfolio and able to prioritise.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and people skills and confident user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook.
- Excellent stakeholder skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organisation as well as senior external stakeholders.

The Group Sustainable Business (GSB) team is pivotal to our Group; helping reduce the emissions we finance by more than 50 per cent by 2030 and supporting the UK’s ambition to be net zero by 2050. Our team plays a key role in support of our ambitious goals through working with our customers, Government, and the market.
Sound interesting? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the GSB Director. Working closely with the Executive Assistant in the day-to-day operation of the GSB office, the role will focus on London based event planning, attendance at events, closely managing senior and executive stakeholders and execute a variety of ad hoc tasks to support the Director’s agenda.
