What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist employees with disabilities or injuries in daily activities such as feeding, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Provide companionship and encouragement by engaging individuals in recreational activities
- Document services delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph prior to start
- One of the following certifications is required: PCA, HHA, or CNA
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience as a personal care assistant
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
