What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from Members, Providers, and other areas
- Identify members with Care Gaps/HEDIS related health conditions and assist them in accessing care
- Provide problem resolutions, educational materials, and strategies to increase healthcare adherence
- Document case notes while speaking on the phone with customers
- Act as an interface and facilitator between members and provider offices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of call center experience handling in-bound/out-bound calls
- Working knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid preferred
- High School/GED required
- Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Suite
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
