What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate over 100 outbound emails daily to guests interested in cruises
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to develop referrals and repeat business
- Manage your database effectively, ensuring timely communication with guests
- Meet performance metrics and objectives while mastering new computer systems
- Participate in a 10-12 week paid training program to learn about products and sales techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills, time management abilities, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
- Must be available to work weekends as part of the shift schedule
- Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company
