- Complete 10-12 weeks of paid training on products, systems, and sales best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and master new computer systems
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook
- Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company
