What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members in navigating and accessing physician services, healthcare services, and community resources
- Communicate effectively with members to address benefit and health plan questions
- Serve as a liaison between members and community service organizations
- Identify members needing clinical intervention and notify the clinical team for support
- Resolve issues related to billing, claims, and benefits to ensure member satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation
- Understanding of medical terminology and community connectivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and personal computer use

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a Managed Care company
- 2 years of experience in medical billing and claims coding/processing
- Experience in a customer service, healthcare setting, or community-based environment
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems with minimal supervision
