      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with attorneys to provide advocacy for clients and ensure maximum compensation
      - Draft and file complaints within 30 days of case transfer, ensuring timely service of process
      - Schedule and track case milestones, including hearings, mediations, and depositions
      - Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in SmartAdvocate
      - Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and creating legal binders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum two years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
      - Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules
      - Ability to travel if a case goes to trial
      - Experience with e-filing and legal documentation
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a high-volume personal injury law firm
      - Familiarity with SmartAdvocate or similar case management software
      - Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
      - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction
      - Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures
