      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
      - Prospect for new business and appoint new agents while exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Facilitate workshops and provide training on Travelers' products and systems to agents
      - Develop strategic marketing plans for the territory to identify opportunities and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver professional presentations
