      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a core group of independent agents while prospecting new agencies
      - Utilize sales tools within a consultative sales framework to exceed growth and profit objectives
      - Conduct agency diagnostics and segmentation for owned agents, leading presentations and appointments
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Develop strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced relationship management and communication skills
      - Advanced ability to influence sales and deliver results
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
      - Ability to work effectively with minimal direction
      - Familiarity with Travelers' computer systems and platforms
