What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise on personal lines insurance products and provide coverage to members and nonmembers
- Underwrite applications for USAA and multiple additional carriers
- Evaluate risk profiles and recommend appropriate solutions
- Document policy information and carrier correspondence in agency systems
- Provide policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and record updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 1 year of insurance sales and service experience
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for home state
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years Personal Lines experience in areas of Wind and/or Florida property
- Experience with Agency Management System and/or Salesforce
- Experience working in a multiple carrier environment
