- Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewals
- Assist in claim conflicts and soliciting referrals
- Provide a full account review at renewal
- Enter insured information into the agency management system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with EPIC system is a plus
